Yes - absolutely. All data is stored on secure servers located in Australia, and we take your privacy seriously. Once your SOA is processed and the video script is generated, your original documents are permanently deleted. We don’t store them, and we can’t retrieve them. Your advice stays your advice - always.

Yes, you can download the video and send it however you like - it's yours to keep. Just keep in mind that if you choose to send the video manually (via text, Dropbox, or other means), you'll lose access to tracking features like email opens and watch history.

When you use our built-in delivery system, you’ll know exactly when your client has opened the email and how many times they’ve watched the video. But the choice is yours - full flexibility either way.

Absolutely - in fact, we encourage it. Before we produce the video, you’ll get a chance to review and approve the script. During this stage, you can request as many changes as you like - we want to make sure it’s spot on.

Once the script is approved, we begin production. At that point, any fundamental changes would require starting a new job. That way, everyone’s on the same page and there are no surprises.

We like to set a realistic expectation, so we say 7 business days

Most videos are delivered within 4–5 business days. If you're on a subscription or pre-pay plan, you’ll also get priority turnaround as part of your plan.
